Past Newsletters
We hold many different events throughout the year and there are also groups that meet every week for different activities. While some events are reserved for members only, you do not need to be a member to come along to most events. We love to see new faces at our theme nights, weekly groups and events.
As WINGS is a non-profit organisation, we are always very happy to welcome new members. It helps support all that we do. Members get full access to all events/meetings and groups that are hosted by WINGS.

Here are a few reasons for becoming a member:
-
Free Entry to our monthly theme nights, where we have a different theme every month
-
Discounted rates for some events
-
Entry to our member-only special events
-
Membership fees allow us to continue to provide events, newsletters, a website and more
-
As a WINGS member, you get access to our website's Bushwire, where you can buy, sell, swap and share items, ask for any kind of assistance and so much more.
-
You get a WINGS name tag for the monthly theme nights and you have the right to vote at the Annual General Meeting
-
You have a sense of belonging and the opportunity to create new and lasting friendships
-
You have a chance to give your input and help
WINGS would not exist without your support. With it, we can continue to provide a showcase of events and a taste of cultural diversity and we can continue to support the women of Whangarei.
